Privacy notice

What Livelifafa records, why it is used and what other people can see.

About this notice

This notice describes the Livelifafa service, operated under the public name Livelifafa. For privacy or account requests, email livelifafa@gmail.com.

Information we record

  • Account details such as your display name, email or phone number, profile image, verification status and sign-in provider. The details depend on how you sign in. Creator profiles also contain the bio and links you choose to add.
  • Session and security information, including sign-in records, IP addresses, browser information and a random browser identifier used to limit repeat claims and review abuse.
  • Lifafas you create or claim, their content and settings, claim amounts and times, wallet balances and transaction records. We also record notifications, requests to hear about a creator's next lifafa and reports submitted about a lifafa.
  • When payment features are available, deposit amounts, payment references and statuses, the phone number supplied for checkout, and UPI withdrawal details. Withdrawal records include the UPI ID, any verified beneficiary name, fees, provider references and payment status. Your withdrawal history displays a masked UPI ID.
  • Information you send when contacting support, including any references or attachments you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, operate lifafas and wallet records, verify and reconcile payments, show your history, deliver requested notifications, respond to support requests and investigate misuse. Administrators can review account, transaction and report information to support these operations.

What is public

People with a lifafa link can view its public details, including the creator's name, title, message and reward information. Lifafas marked public can also appear in Explore. Your public creator profile shows the profile information and links you choose to publish.

A claim proof link or shared proof image shows the first name from the claimant's display name, reward amount, claim time and ID, lifafa code and title, and creator name. Anyone with the link can view it. Proofs do not display the claimant's email, phone number or UPI ID. Consider this before sharing a proof or choosing a display name.

Services used to provide Livelifafa

Hosting and database services process the information needed to run Livelifafa. Depending on the features enabled and used, Google processes Google sign-in, our email provider delivers verification and password recovery emails, MSG91 delivers mobile OTPs if that option is enabled, and Cashfree processes checkout payments, UPI verification and withdrawals. These providers receive the information needed for those functions and handle it under their own privacy policies. Support emails are handled through our Gmail address.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers your theme and the random device identifier used for claim limits. Temporary tab storage can hold a lifafa draft or the details of a payment or withdrawal you submitted, so you can return to it or safely retry an interrupted request. Saved lifafa drafts exclude PINs, quiz answers and private notes.

Clearing cookies signs you out. Clearing browser storage can remove drafts and local retry details; it does not delete your account or server-side transaction history.

Account and data requests

You can update your display name and creator profile in your account. For access, correction or deletion requests, email livelifafa@gmail.com. Account deletion is not currently a self-service option. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Never send a password, OTP or UPI PIN.

Account and transaction records support the wallet history, payment reconciliation and abuse investigations. A deletion request may involve records that need to be retained for those purposes; contact us to discuss the records associated with your account. No automatic deletion schedule is currently offered.

For other questions, visit Contact. This notice will be updated as the service's data handling changes.
