Help with Livelifafa
A few answers to help you open, send and keep track of your shagun.
How do I open a lifafa?
Open the creator's link and sign in using an available sign-in option. If the creator set a PIN or quiz, complete it before opening. Scheduled lifafas open at the time shown. A successful claim credits your Livelifafa wallet, and you can see it in your wallet history.
Claiming is free. A lifafa can run out, expire or limit repeat claims. If you already claimed, reopening the link shows your recorded reward. Never pay a creator or share an OTP or UPI PIN to unlock a reward.
How do I sign in?
Create an account with your email and password, then open the verification link sent to your inbox. You can resend that email from the verification screen. Google sign-in is also available when enabled. The sign-in page shows the methods currently available.
If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email link to set a new one. An expired or used link needs a new email. If sign-in is unavailable, try again later or contact support. Never share your password or email verification link.
Why has my added money not appeared?
Check the payment status in your wallet. Completing checkout alone does not confirm a wallet credit. Gateway payments need verification, and manual UPI submissions need review. Keep the payment reference and check the existing payment before starting another one.
Add-money and withdrawal options are available only when activated. Any option marked as test mode uses test payments, not real money.
How do UPI withdrawals work?
When withdrawals are available, choose Withdraw after a claim or from your wallet. Enter your UPI ID, then review the destination, amount you receive, fee and total wallet debit before confirming. A withdrawal from a claim fits the amount and fee within that reward, so the amount you receive can be smaller than the claim.
Queued or processing means the payment is still in progress. Only a Paid status confirms a completed transfer. Check your withdrawal history for the latest status and any bank reference. If a withdrawal fails, the history tells you whether funds were reserved or returned. A payment needing review should be raised with support.
What if my lifafa expires or I cancel it?
Unclaimed reward money returns to the creator's Livelifafa wallet when the lifafa is closed. Creator cancellation is available only when it was enabled for that lifafa. Rewards already claimed stay recorded in recipients' wallets. See service, fees and refunds for more detail.
